Kathryn is licensed by the state Missouri as a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been in private practice in Springfield, MO since 1988.
Kathryn works with adults, and adolescents in both individual and family counseling. She has specialized training in treatment of trauma. Her approach is eclectic and holistic. Kathryn believes the most effective change occurs when a person is balanced in the physical, mental, relational, emotional, and spiritual areas of their life, therefore she assists the client in evaluating their life to see where there may be imbalance. Therapy and recommendations are focused on areas of imbalance.
Kathryn’s work with clients in the area of spirituality is ecumenical and does not focus on doctrine but is focused on the experiential and relational aspects of spirituality.
